Using the Meal Planner & Kitchen Dashboard

The Kitchen section in Balance Builder helps you plan meals, save recipes, and generate grocery lists so eating well doesn’t add to your mental load.

Meal planner

In the Meal Planner you choose meals for the week (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). You can pick from your saved recipes or browse the catalog. Once you’ve set your plan, the scheduler can place meal blocks on your calendar so they’re part of your day.

Recipes & grocery list

The Kitchen dashboard and Recipes area let you store and edit recipes, add ingredients, and see nutrition. Try recipes like Chili Sin Carne and more on our recipe pages. When you plan meals, you can generate a grocery list that combines ingredients from your chosen recipes, which you can export or tick off as you shop.

Quick tip

Plan a few days or a full week at once, then use “Generate grocery list” so you only shop once. That keeps your kitchen organized and frees up time for the rest of your balanced schedule.
