• Refund requests: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the initial billing period if you contact us within 14 days of the charge and have not made substantial use of paid features.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• No guarantee: We do not guarantee refunds except where required by law. Eligibility and approval are at our sole discretion.
